Belcasa Suitehotel ***

Bed linen, towels, tea towels, Wi-Fi, utilities (electricity and water), and final cleaning are included in the price of your stay.

The hotel service at Belcasa Hotels includes rubbish collection, fresh towels daily (if required) and the replenishment of toilet paper.

Check-in is from 3 pm to 6 pm. Arrival after 6 pm is also possible. Please inform reception so that the late check-in procedure can be arranged.

Check-out is from 9 am to 10 am.

We have a limited number of private parking spaces located a few hundred metres from our hotel. Booking is recommended.

A maximum of 2 pets weighing up to 10 kg are permitted in our hotel.

We charge an additional fee of €10 per night per pet.

No charges will be applied for cancellations or changes made up to 14 days before the arrival date. 
If you cancel or make changes after this, or if you do not show up (no-show), 100% of the stay will be charged. You will be charged a prepayment of the total price within 30 days of your arrival date.

If the booking has already been paid for, the full amount will be refunded to your account.

Just a few hundred metres away, there is a locked garage unit available for bicycle storage; this can be used FREE OF CHARGE, exclusively for our guests. 

Please let us know on arrival if you have bicycles with you, and the receptionist will explain how it works.

We have city bikes available. These can be reserved on request.

Let us know in advance, and we’ll provide one in the accommodation.

If you are unable to check in during opening hours, please let us know on the day itself.
You can collect the keys from a safe after 6 pm. 
Instructions will be provided by the receptionist on duty. 

Immediate payment

You pay the full amount immediately via Bancontact, iDEAL or other supported payment methods.

Payment by bank transfer

30 days after the booking date, you pay a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days before the arrival date by bank transfer to the specified account number. If the amount is less than €500, we ask that you pay the full amount within 30 days of the booking date. If the booking date is less than 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount must be paid immediately.

Payment via payment link with credit card guarantee

30 days after the booking date, you must pay a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival date. You will receive an email with a payment link to the Mollie platform. This link remains valid for 2 days. If the amount is less than €500, we ask that you pay the full amount within 30 days of the booking date. If the booking date is less than 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount must be paid immediately.
